I am the founder of The Confident Lily and a Certified Life Coach, and I am so happy that you are here!

I am passionate and committed to helping women break through barriers, heal from emotional wounds, and build self-confidence. My expertise is helping women heal from the relationship heartbreak and emotional exhaustion that keeps them stuck, unfulfilled, and lacking confidence. I am committed to true transformation. I believe every woman can overcome, achieve greatness, and live their best life!

Like many women, I have had my share of challenges that caused me not to live up to my worth. I know first-hand how it feels to be heartbroken and confused about your future and purpose. However, my faith in God would not allow me to remain down for long.  I began to do some work on myself and realized that I was limiting the greatness within me.  I knew that I could not settle for being less than what God intended for me to be.

 
My faith got stronger on my journey to becoming whole, and my determination and self-confidence increased. I began to realize my purpose - to encourage and inspire other women to do the same.  I was fortunate to have a great example of a successful, courageous, confident, and God-fearing woman to mirror - my mother, Lillie. I aspire to be a great example and coach for other women.
